Jesionka prepares every year for arrivals of Israeli pilgrims who visit the tomb of tzaddik Elimelech Weissblum, located in Leżajsk, according to the Hasidic tradition. Taking into account the length of the runway, it occupies second place in Poland after Chopin Airport, having 3200 x 45 m of belt.

Car Rental Rzeszów Jasionka Airport, which does not offer basic services, with unclear lease conditions, should raise our doubts, as it usually depends on time and convenience, and not on unreasonable loss of money. The history of the airport goes back to World War II, when in 1940, for the purposes of the occupation, the first runway was built. After the capitulation of Nazi Germany, the airport was in the hands of the Russians, who decided to rebuild it after being completely destroyed in 1944. A breakthrough in the development of the Jasionka port was the takeover by the State Airlines "LOT". This led to the modernization of the airport's plate, taxiway, runway and the construction of a new airport station and traffic control tower.
